IRS Taxpayer Bill of Rights (PDF)
Standard 2021 Engagement Letter for Tax Preparation. A signed Engagement Letter is required before services can begin. The letter explains the responsibilities of the preparer and the client during the tax preparation process. Your letter may vary if other services are being performed.
Standard 2023 Engagement Letter (PDF)
Self-Employed and Rental Income Data Sheets may be needed if you have income that is earned from these sources. If you don't currently use an accounting system where you can easily populate a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for the year, you'll be able to provide your complete income and expense information using this form.
